What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom hardware?

We pride ourselves on flexibility. While our standard MOQ for custom metal accessories (like buttons, tags, and buckles) is typically 1,000 pieces per design, we support emerging brands with lower MOQs (e.g., 500 pcs) for sample runs and pilot collections. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Do you provide samples before I place a bulk order?

Yes, we can provide free stock samples for quality checking (shipping cost collected). For custom designs, we will produce pre-production samples for your approval before starting mass production to ensure every detail meets your requirements.

Can you create custom molds from my design drawings?

Yes, absolutely. We offer full ODM/OEM services. You can provide us with AI/PDF design files or physical samples. Our engineering team will create 3D drawings for your approval before proceeding to mold creation. Mold fees are typically refundable once order quantities reach a certain volume.

What is the lead time for sampling and mass production?

For new custom molds, sampling usually takes 7-10 days after artwork approval. Mass production typically requires 15-20 days depending on the quantity and finishing complexity (e.g., plating, enameling, or laser engraving).

Do your products meet international environmental standards?

Yes. Our metal accessories are manufactured to meet global standards, including OEKO-TEX and REACH regulations. We use eco-friendly plating and finishing processes to ensure our products are nickel-free, lead-free, and safe for export to European and American markets.

What is your mold storage policy?

We provide professional mold storage services for our clients. All custom molds will be stored free of charge for 2 years after order completion, during which you can reorder at any time. After 2 years, a small storage fee will apply if you wish to continue storage. Mold ownership belongs to the customer, and you can choose to take possession or entrust us with continued storage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various flexible payment methods to meet different customer needs: Bank Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc. Sample orders typically require 100% prepayment; bulk orders generally follow a 30-50% deposit with balance due before shipment. Specific payment terms can be negotiated based on our cooperation relationship.
